Not only has Chloe Pavlech been able to build her own brand, but she has also built followings for start-up companies that have MILLIONS of followers and fans. Chloe has also built followings for some of the world's youngest sports stars. She's the first woman to build two sports accounts to reach over a MILLION followers. She is the founder of Overtime Women's Basketball account which is the largest women's basketball media account on Instagram. Chloe is also known for building the fastest growing sports account on TikTok known as Togethxr, the company was founded by Sue Bird, Alex Morgan, Simone Manuel and Chloe Kim. She was also selected to be in Meta's first ever Black Creator Fund, We The Culture. After all of her success in social media, Chloe became an Assistant Coach for Baylor University's Women's Basketball program in 2021. She was asked to spearhead their women's basketball NIL initiative and later served on Baylor Athletic Department's NIL Council. Within her two years at Baylor the university became #1 in total NIL compensation throughout the BIG 12 Conference.
